Red Fire Safety Services Ltd offer a 24/7 emergency callout service for customers who have a maintenance contract with us.  If an emergency occurs with your fire protection system, for example your fire alarm malfunctions or is damaged, our engineers can be called out at any time to attend site to rectify the problem.

Following a fire our engineers can attend on a callout basis to repair any damage to your fire protection systems, replace any used items such as fire extinguishers, re-commission and test the system.

Please Remember, If a fire safety system is activated for an extended period, for example during a works holiday, damage can occur to some components such as:

  • Bell mechanisms

  • Sounder transducers

  • Beacon lamp filaments

The components in your fire safety system should be inspected by a qualified engineer following any prolonged activation.

If it is not possible to resolve a problem while our engineers are on site our staff will advise on what additional measures could be put in place to mitigate the risk until the problem can be rectified. 

Appropriate records will be provided by our engineers detailing the issue(s) identified and the remedial action taken.  Recommendations will also be provided regarding any further work required to resolve the issue(s) identified.


Upon successful completion of servicing and maintenance our engineers will issue any associates certificates required.
